Expert Relations Lead

You will own the relationship between Onix and the world-class experts who power our platform. From the moment an expert signs on, you make sure they feel valued, supported, and proud of what we build together.

Onix is building Personal Intelligence: AI that belongs to you, protects your data, and helps you grow with guidance from real experts. We work with world-class talent in health, wellness, and human performance. These are physicians, researchers, bestselling authors, and practitioners whose expertise reaches millions.

Your job is to make every one of them feel like they made the best decision of their career by partnering with Onix.

You will guide experts through onboarding: collecting their content, helping shape their AI agent, and making sure what goes live meets their standards and ours. You will be the person they text when they have a question, the person who remembers how they like to communicate, and the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not account management at a SaaS company. You are working with people whose time is worth thousands of dollars per hour. They have publishers, agents, and networks calling them constantly. You need to earn their trust, respect their time, and deliver an experience that makes them want to tell their peers about Onix.


What You Will Do

  • Own the full expert lifecycle from post-signature through onboarding, agent launch, and ongoing engagement
  • Collect and organize expert content: books, articles, protocols, media appearances, and proprietary materials
  • Work closely with product and engineering to ensure each expert’s AI agent reflects their voice, perspective, and standards
  • Participate in our agent review process, validating quality before anything goes live under an expert’s name
  • Maintain regular communication with every active expert, adapting to their preferences and pace
  • Surface expert feedback to the product team so it shapes what we build next
  • Build and refine the onboarding process itself: templates, timelines, checklists, and communication sequences
  • Coordinate with our COO on expert pipeline operations and launch planning

Who You Are

You have worked with high-status, time-poor professionals before. Maybe in talent management, publishing, creator relations, speakers bureaus, or health and wellness brands. You know how to make important people feel important without being performative about it. You are organized enough that nothing slips, and warm enough that people genuinely enjoy working with you.

You understand that trust is built in the details. The follow-up that arrives before they ask. The summary that saves them 20 minutes. The instinct to flag a problem before it becomes one.

You have:

  • Experience managing relationships with high-profile talent, practitioners, creators, or executives
  • A track record of white-glove client service where the bar was genuinely high
  • Strong written and verbal communication that feels personal, never templated
  • Natural organizational instincts: you build systems even when nobody asks you to
  • Curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn new tools. You do not need a technical background. Our platform is designed to be intuitive, and we will teach you everything you need to know

  • Detail-obsessed without being rigid
  • Proactive. You do not wait to be told what needs doing
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup

  • Agents go live on time and meet quality standards on the first review
  • Experts proactively refer their peers to Onix
  • The onboarding process gets tighter and faster with every cohort without sacrificing quality
  • Product and engineering have a clear, organized channel for expert feedback
  • Zero dropped balls. Nothing falls through the cracks
